Ms. Disha Gatecha is the Founder and Director of Wolf Global and leads the International Services practice, overseeing operations and client engagements with a strong focus on execution excellence, reporting accuracy, and effective team governance. With over five years of experience in financial operations across India, the UAE, and the USA, she supervises end-to-end service execution for bookkeeping, ensuring audit readiness of books of account, financial reporting, and audit support services.

A qualified Company Secretary and Commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai, she plays a pivotal role in establishing structured workflows, robust review and control mechanisms, disciplined month-end and year-end closures, reconciliations, compliance alignment, and consistent, accurate, and timely finalization of work for global clients.

Mr. Chirag Madhwani is a highly experienced professional specializing in Indirect Taxation, with over six years of hands-on expertise in GST, Customs, and Service Tax laws. He is a trusted advisor to businesses on GST compliance, litigation support, transaction advisory, and indirect tax structuring, with exposure across diverse industries and complex tax matters. A qualified B.Com and LL.B., he brings strong practical insight gained from working with reputed organizations. As Director of Wolf Global, he plays a key role in driving the firm’s strategic growth, enhancing client advisory services, and ensuring excellence in domestic tax and compliance operations.
